This website belongs to Chris Stoica, a photographer based in Sibiu, Romania. For any question about your data, contact me at stoica.chriss@icloud.com.

Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, project type and message.

Through the review form: your name and review text. To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored temporarily.

Through a giveaway entry: your name and Instagram account.

Only to reply to your message and, if we work together, to plan the photo session. Approved reviews are shown publicly on the site, with the name you provided.

Giveaway entries are used only to draw a winner and contact them. They are not shown on the site.

I don't send newsletters, and I never sell or share your data for marketing.

Your consent when you submit the form, and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

Your data is kept securely with service providers that run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email notifications). They process data only on my behalf.

Contact messages: up to 2 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Reviews: while they are shown on the site, or until you ask me to remove them.

Giveaway entries: until I delete the giveaway, or sooner if you ask me to remove them.

This site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary: your language choice and spam protection for the forms. No advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email me at stoica.chriss@icloud.com and I will reply within 30 days.
